After completing schooling at KNCS and earning a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from JIS College of Engineering, began the career as a Field Officer with Mlinda Charitable Trust, a French-based organization working with impoverished communities in Sundarban and Purulia in West Bengal, as well as Gumla and Simdega in Jharkhand. The projects were grounded in the RESCO and CSR models.
Later joined Instant Solutions and was appointed as a Maintenance Supervisor at Kudankulam Nuclear Power Plant, commonly known as KKNPP, overseeing battery bank maintenance and periodic testing under Mr. Roy.
Subsequently seized an opportunity at SUNdigo Solar Solutions as a Project Executive, managing a 250 KWp Hybrid Power Plant project in Deoghar and Godda districts under JREDA.
Was involved in approximately 300 Solar Street Light and Highmast projects in West Bengal, with WBGEDCL being one of them.
Eventually, GoSolar Power System employed as a Project Manager to oversee projects for Eastern Coal Field, Reserve Bank of India, Airport Authority of India, REIL, BREDA and Bidhannagar.
In 2018, the Founder & Director of SPES began laying the groundwork for the Organization. With substantial support from family and friends, the director gradually set things in motion and embarked on their journey.
Initially, SPES focused on promoting solar energy projects within government departments in Purba Bardhaman, Birbhum, Murshidabad, and other neighbouring districts. During this period, SPES also launched a conventional energy project division to establish a solid reputation with departments and familiarize them with the TURN KEY project model.
The director consistently motivates the team with the philosophy that earning money is not life’s ultimate goal. He believes that knowledge, respect, and prosperity hold greater value in our brief existence.
He emphasizes that quality, efficiency, and punctuality are the hallmarks of a perfect human being. He encourages hard work, stating that it inherently contributes to saving the country and nature, which he equates to our mothers, urging the team to work diligently and make them proud.
